Guiding principle:
DESPONDENCY or DESPAIR - Endurance

About this herb:
Scientific name: Quercus robur
Description: Oak is a large deciduous tree 80-120 feet tall, with lobed and nearly sessile (very short-stalked) leaves 2–5 inches long. It was honored by our forefathers as sacred. Flowering takes place in mid spring. The red female blossoms and the male catkins are found on the same tree. It blossoms from the end of April to the beginning of May. Their fruit, called acorns, ripen by autumn of the same year. The acorns are 1 inch long, pedunculate with one to four acorns on each peduncle.

The aims of this flower essence:
One feels to be a depressed and exhausted fighter who, nevertheless, continues in a brave way and never gives up.
